Features
Everything the product does sits on one path: a calculator on your page, a visitor who works out a number, and a lead that reaches you with that number and its source attached. These pages explain each piece.
InsuranceQuoteWidget features cover the whole route of a lead: embedding calculators on any website, styling them to your brand, capturing consent and contact details, recording campaign attribution, storing the lead in built-in contacts, alerting you by email, and posting it by webhook to HighLevel, Zapier, Make or any HTTPS endpoint.
Every lead arrives with the inputs and results the visitor entered, so the first call starts at question five.
See how it worksEach lead is posted as JSON to a webhook you paste in: HighLevel, Zapier, Make or any HTTPS endpoint.
See how it worksOne div and one script puts a calculator on any agency website or HighLevel funnel, isolated from your site's styles.
See how it worksBundle several calculators into one embed: a floating launcher, tabs, popup buttons or a card grid.
See how it worksThemes, colour palettes, custom fonts, light and dark modes and custom CSS make every calculator look like your agency.
See how it worksA de-duplicated contacts list with notes and statuses keeps every calculator lead and its numbers in one place.
See how it worksUTM tags, ad click IDs, referrer, landing page and first-touch source travel with every calculator lead.
See how it worksEvery calculator runs in English and Spanish, and the visitor can switch language without losing their place.
See how it worksHide the badge, run the portal on your own domain and send lead emails through your own SMTP, under your brand.
See how it worksThree do most of the work: a calculator that answers the visitor's real question, an embed that loads cleanly on your page, and a lead form that appears once they have a result. The embed renders in an isolated shadow DOM, so your site's styles cannot break it and it cannot break your site.
Read pre-qualified leads for what the lead contains, embed anywhere for the seven ways to place a calculator, and multi-calculator widgets for launchers, tabs and card grids.
Every new lead triggers an email alert, appears in the built-in contacts list with notes and statuses, and can be posted as JSON to a webhook. You can set one agency-wide webhook or a separate one per calculator, so life leads and annuity leads can land in different HighLevel workflows.
See HighLevel CRM sync for the inbound-webhook setup, the agency CRM for the built-in contacts list, and lead attribution for the UTM tags and click IDs that travel with each lead.
You choose from 12 themes and 20 palettes, set custom fonts, pick light, dark or automatic mode and add custom CSS. On Agency and Enterprise you can hide the powered-by badge, run a branded portal on your own domain and send emails through your own SMTP.
Details are on branding and themes, white-label and Spanish calculators, which covers the English and Spanish interface visitors can switch between.
FAQ
Answers first, details after.
The webhook, if you work in HighLevel or another CRM. Embedding takes minutes, but leads only help if they reach the person who calls. Set the email alert and webhook before the calculator goes live on a page with traffic.
No. Producer includes embedding, email alerts and built-in contacts, but no webhooks or white-label. Agency adds webhooks, white-label and custom domains. Insurance calculators are on Enterprise. The pricing page has the full comparison.
No, and we say so plainly: it is a webhook. You create a workflow with an inbound webhook trigger in HighLevel, paste its URL into your account, and each lead posts as JSON. It is reliable and you can map every field, but it is not a marketplace app.
Closely. Themes change structure and effects, palettes change colour, and you can set fonts and add custom CSS. The shadow DOM keeps your site's CSS from leaking in, so your styling choices are made deliberately in the widget settings.
UTM tags, Google, Meta and Microsoft click IDs (gclid, fbclid, msclkid), the referrer, the landing page, the page URL and the first-touch source. That lets you tie a lead back to the ad or post that produced it.
Yes. View counts and share-with-a-friend activity are tracked, so you can compare a calculator's traffic with the leads it produces and spot pages where visitors calculate but don't ask to be contacted.
White-label hides the powered-by badge, puts the portal on your domain, sends agency-branded emails through your own SMTP, and lets you serve calculators from a domain such as calculators.youragency.com. It is available on Agency and Enterprise.
Yes. A multi-calculator widget can show them as tabs, as a list behind a floating launcher, as popup buttons or as a card grid. Each lead still records which calculator the visitor used.
