Feature · Built-in contacts
Not every agency wants to wire up a CRM on day one. Every lead lands in a built-in contacts list, matched to existing records, with the calculation, notes and a status you can move as the conversation progresses.
The built-in contacts list is a lightweight lead workspace inside InsuranceQuoteWidget. Each contact holds every calculator submission they made, their consent and campaign source, plus notes and a status your team sets. Contacts are de-duplicated by email, then phone. It works on its own or alongside HighLevel and other CRMs fed by webhook.
How it works, step by step
The visitor submits a calculator's lead form and the submission is saved with its inputs and results.
If the email, or failing that the phone, already exists in your agency, the submission joins that contact.
An email notification goes out unless you have switched it off.
Add notes from the call and move the status as the prospect progresses.
Where webhooks are set up, the same lead is posted to HighLevel or your CRM.
What you get
Every input and result stays attached to the contact.
Repeat visitors build one record, not several.
Track each conversation without leaving the dashboard.
Each agency's contacts are kept separate, with two-factor sign-in.
Because webhooks and workflows can be misconfigured, paused or changed by someone else, and a lead that only lived in transit would be lost. The built-in list keeps a complete record of every submission, including the full calculation. It is also the fastest way to start: you can work leads on day one, then connect the CRM later.
Smaller agencies and solo producers often find it is enough on its own for website leads. Larger shops use it as the source of truth to reconcile against their HighLevel or CRM sync.
Contacts are matched within your agency by email first and then by phone. When a returning visitor submits again, perhaps after changing their mortgage balance or trying a second calculator, the new submission is appended to their existing record. You see one person with a history of calculations, not several partial leads.
That history is useful on its own. A prospect who reruns a long-term care calculator with a shorter time horizon is telling you their timeline has moved.
Each agency works in its own isolated workspace, and team members join as seats. The Agency plan includes 5 seats and the Enterprise plan, which carries the insurance calculators, has unlimited seats. Sign-in supports two-factor authentication, traffic runs over HTTPS and stored credentials are encrypted at rest.
Lead records contain personal and financial details the visitor chose to share, so treat them like any client file: give access only to people who need it, and follow your agency's privacy notice. See security for more.
All features
Every lead arrives with the inputs and results the visitor entered, so the first call starts at question five.
Each lead is posted as JSON to a webhook you paste in: HighLevel, Zapier, Make or any HTTPS endpoint.
One div and one script puts a calculator on any agency website or HighLevel funnel, isolated from your site's styles.
Bundle several calculators into one embed: a floating launcher, tabs, popup buttons or a card grid.
