Feature · White-label
For agencies that want no third-party name on their client experience, and for marketers who serve many agencies: hide the badge, put calculators and the portal on your own domain, and send every notification from your own mail server.
White-label removes InsuranceQuoteWidget from what your visitors and team see. The "powered by" badge disappears, calculators can run on a domain such as calculators.youragency.com, the dashboard portal runs on your own domain with your branding, and lead emails go out under your name through your own SMTP server. It is included on the Agency and Enterprise plans.
How it works, step by step
Pick a calculator domain, such as calculators.youragency.com, and a domain for the branded portal.
Add the DNS records the dashboard shows you, so the domains resolve to your calculators and portal.
Upload your logo and set the name and colours used in the portal and emails.
Enter your mail server details so lead and team emails are sent from your own address.
Switch off the "powered by" badge on calculators and widgets.
What you get
Remove the "powered by" mark from every calculator and widget.
Calculators and portal on domains you own.
Lead and team emails sent from your mail server, in your name.
White-label comes with the Agency and Enterprise plans.
Visitors see your brand on the calculator with no "powered by" badge, and any calculator link uses your own domain. Staff and clients sign in to a portal on your domain with your branding. Lead notifications and team emails arrive from your address, through your SMTP server, so nothing points back to a third party.
A marketer who runs websites or HighLevel accounts for many agencies can present the calculators as part of their own service. Each client gets branded calculators on their site, leads routed to their own HighLevel sub-account by webhook, and a portal that carries the marketer's brand rather than ours. Seats let client staff sign in.
The Agency plan includes 5 custom domains and 5 seats; the Enterprise plan is unlimited. The insurance calculators are part of the Enterprise plan, so marketers building insurance funnels usually start there. See solutions for agency marketers.
No. The agency that markets insurance is responsible for its licensing, carrier appointments and the consent language on its forms, whether or not our name appears. Keep the estimate-not-a-quote disclaimer visible on every calculator, and make sure each client agency's consent wording matches how it actually calls and texts leads.
If you are a marketer rather than a licensed producer, avoid presenting yourself as the agency in calculator copy or emails. The calculator and lead form should identify the licensed agency the visitor is dealing with. Not legal advice; check with the agency's compliance contact.
All features
Every lead arrives with the inputs and results the visitor entered, so the first call starts at question five.
Each lead is posted as JSON to a webhook you paste in: HighLevel, Zapier, Make or any HTTPS endpoint.
One div and one script puts a calculator on any agency website or HighLevel funnel, isolated from your site's styles.
Bundle several calculators into one embed: a floating launcher, tabs, popup buttons or a card grid.
FAQ
Answers first, details after.
White-label is included on the Agency and Enterprise plans and not on Producer. Insurance calculators are part of the Enterprise plan; see pricing for current prices and limits.
Yes. Use a calculator domain such as calculators.youragency.com. The dashboard shows the DNS records to add at your domain host.
With the badge hidden, your own domains and your branding on the portal, visitors and staff work under your brand. Emails go out through your SMTP server from your address.
So lead alerts and team emails come from your domain and your name, and land in inboxes the way your other mail does. You also keep control of the sending reputation.
The Agency plan includes 5 custom domains. The Enterprise plan has no limit.
You can include branded calculators in the services you provide to client agencies. How you package and price that service is up to you; talk to us if you want to set up several client agencies under one account.
No, and it shouldn't. The disclaimer that results are estimates rather than quotes stays on each calculator; you can edit its wording but should keep that core point.
Yes. Custom domains are served over HTTPS, sign-in supports two-factor authentication, and each workspace is isolated. See security for detail.
