Refund and cancellation policy

How do I cancel?

Cancel from the billing section of your account settings at any time, or email support@insurancequotewidget.com from the address on the account. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your paid features stay active until the end of the period you already paid for; after that your workspace moves to the limits of the Producer plan. If you are over those limits, existing data is kept but new items may not be saved until you upgrade or reduce usage.

What happens with a free trial?

Paid monthly and yearly plans can start with a 14-day free trial. We send a reminder before the trial ends. Cancel before the trial's last day and you will not be charged. If you do nothing, the plan starts and the first payment is taken on the card you gave at sign-up.

Can I get a refund on a monthly plan?

Monthly plans are not refunded for partial months. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current month and are not charged again.

Can I get a refund on a yearly or lifetime plan?

Yes, within 14 days of purchase, if the account has not been used extensively. "Extensively" means beyond reasonable evaluation: for example, collecting a large volume of leads, running calculators on live client sites for weeks, or using white-label features in production. We look at each request fairly and will explain a decision if we decline. After 14 days, yearly and lifetime purchases are not refundable, though a yearly plan can still be cancelled so that it does not renew.

What if I was charged by mistake?

Billing errors are always refunded: duplicate charges, a charge after you cancelled in time, or a charge for the wrong plan. Tell us at support@insurancequotewidget.com with the date and amount and we will correct it.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Once we issue one, it usually appears within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

How do I request a refund?

Email support@insurancequotewidget.com from the account's email address with the workspace name and the reason. You can also use the contact page. Full billing terms are in the terms of service, and plan details are on the pricing page.
