Glossary
A pre-qualified lead is a prospect who has supplied enough information about their situation, such as income, debts, coverage in force or expected costs, for a producer to judge fit and need before the first call. It is not an underwriting approval; it means the conversation can start with specifics rather than discovery.
Most web forms collect contact details and nothing else, which forces the producer to repeat the whole fact-find on a cold call. A needs calculator reverses that order: the prospect does the analysis first, out of curiosity, and only then asks to be contacted.
Every InsuranceQuoteWidget lead stores the calculator's inputs and results along with the page and campaign it came from, so the producer sees, for example, a Recommended Coverage figure and the Existing Life Insurance behind it. The pre-qualified leads feature page shows what arrives.
