To embed an insurance calculator, copy the code from your account's Embed tab and paste it into your website builder's custom HTML or code element. The inline option is one div and one script that render in an isolated container. If your builder only allows frames, buttons or links, choose the iframe, popup, bubble or direct-link mode instead.

Which embed mode should I choose?

Choose inline when the calculator is the main content of a page and your builder runs scripts. Choose the auto-resizing iframe when the builder sandboxes code. Choose the popup button, floating bubble or your own trigger link when the calculator should wait until a visitor asks for it. Use the direct link for emails and ads.

  • Inline — one div and one script; renders in an isolated container so site styles and calculator styles never collide.
  • Inline in a frame — an iframe that resizes itself to the calculator's height.
  • Popup button — a button on your page that opens the calculator over it.
  • Floating bubble — a launcher in the corner of every page it is placed on.
  • Your own link or button — attach the calculator to a button your site already has.
  • Direct link — a standalone page for emails, texts, social bios and ad destinations.

Can I embed several calculators at once?

Yes. A widget bundles several calculators into one embed: a floating launcher with a list, tabs, buttons that each open a popup, or a grid of cards. You embed the widget exactly like a single calculator, using the code on the widget's own Embed tab, and manage what's inside it from your account.

Widgets suit a homepage or a 'Planning tools' page where a visitor might be shopping more than one line. On a product page, a single calculator that matches the page usually converts better. See multi-calculator widgets.

How do I know the embed is working?

Open the published page — not the editor preview — in a private browser window, complete the calculator and submit a test lead. Confirm it appears in your contacts list, that the email alert arrives, and that your webhook destination received it. Many builders don't run scripts inside the editor, so a blank preview is normal.

Then check the page on a phone. The calculator adapts to the space it gets, but a narrow column in a sidebar or a fixed-height section can cramp it. Give it the full content width where you can.

Where do I find my embed code?

Open the calculator or widget in your account and go to its Embed tab. Choose the mode you want and copy the code it shows. The code is specific to that calculator or widget, so if you embed a different one later, copy fresh code from its own tab.

Will the calculator inherit my website's fonts and colors?

No, and that's deliberate. The inline embed renders inside an isolated container, so your site's CSS can't break the calculator and the calculator can't restyle your site. You set its fonts, theme, palette and light or dark mode in your account to match your brand.

Why is the calculator blank in my page editor?

Most website builders don't execute third-party scripts inside the editing canvas, so you see an empty box or a placeholder. Publish or preview the live page and it will load. If it is still blank on the published page, check the troubleshooting points in your platform's guide.

Does the embed slow down my page?

The inline embed is a single script tag and a container element, and it only affects the page you place it on. As with any outside script, test your page speed after adding it. If a page is very performance-sensitive, a popup button or direct link loads the calculator only when someone asks for it.

Can I put the calculator on more than one page?

Yes. Paste the same code on as many pages as you like. Each lead records the page URL it came from, so you can tell which placement produced it. If different pages should feed different HighLevel workflows, use separate calculators with their own webhooks.

My builder wraps custom code in an iframe. Does that matter?

It can. A popup or floating bubble placed inside a sandboxed frame can only appear within that frame, not over your whole page. In builders that do this, use inline or the auto-resizing iframe mode, or link a native button on your page to the calculator's direct link.

Do I need to change anything for Spanish-speaking visitors?

The calculator interface runs in English and Spanish, and visitors can switch language themselves. If you run a Spanish version of your site, place the calculator there too and set its default language to match the page. Make sure your consent and disclaimer wording works in both languages.

Can I embed on a site I don't control, like a carrier-provided page?

Only if that site lets you add custom HTML or scripts, and only if your carrier's or agency's marketing rules allow it. Captive agents in particular should check what is permitted on carrier-hosted pages. Where code isn't allowed, a direct link to the calculator is often the simplest option.

What if my platform isn't listed here?

Use the plain HTML guide. Any page where you can add markup can host the inline embed, and almost any page can host a link to the calculator's direct-link version. If you're unsure what your builder supports, contact us with its name and we'll point you to the right mode.
